Once your curated order is packaged with acid-free tissue paper and dispatched from our Stockholm atelier, you will automatically receive a dispatch notification email containing an active DHL Express or PostNord tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier transit milestones to sync.

Standard delivery within Scandinavia and Western Europe typically requires 2–4 business days. Shipments to North America and the United Kingdom arrive in 3–5 business days via carbon-neutral air couriers. All art is carefully flat-packed or shipped in reinforced triangular cardboard cores.

We offer a serene 30-day return window from the day of confirmed delivery. If a print or solid timber frame does not harmonize with your interior architecture, return it pristine in original packaging using our self-service returns portal for a full reimbursement or curator swap.

Because our archival printmakers queue print jobs quickly to guarantee speed, please contact our atelier within 2 hours of checkout at contact@noirplate.com. While we cannot guarantee changes once print curing starts, we will do everything within our power to facilitate your request.

All NOIRPLATE frames and prints utilize calibrated European standard sizing (30×40cm, 50×70cm, 70×100cm). Selecting a 50×70cm frame for a 50×70cm print provides a flush, snug fit. For designs requiring a gallery passe-partout mat, size up by one dimension on our product customizer.

To protect artwork against UV deterioration and prevent shattering during courier transit, all frames are fitted with lightweight, crystal-clear museum acrylic glass with 92% optical clarity and dual-side peelable protective films.

Handle cotton rag stock only by the outer edges using clean, dry hands or curator cotton gloves. Avoid hanging prints in high-humidity zones like active steam bathrooms, and keep outside direct, unfiltered solar exposure to preserve natural pigment vibrancy for generations.
